The content of this website is provided for information only. It does not constitute an offer, a quotation or advice, and no agreement arises from it. An engagement is entered into solely by a written agreement signed by both parties.
A.3No warranty as to outcome
Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty, representation or expectation as to sporting results, seats, contracts or career progression. Any description of method or approach describes how the programme is delivered, not the results it will produce.
A.4Accuracy of content
The information on this website is compiled with care and is correct as at the date of publication stated below. Front Row accepts no liability for any inaccuracy or omission, and reserves the right to amend the content at any time without notice. In the event of any discrepancy between this website and a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.
A.5Imagery
Photographs appearing on this website are used with permission and remain the property of their respective rights holders, credited as Porsche Motorsport and MP Motorsport. Remaining background imagery is generated using artificial intelligence, depicts no identifiable person, vehicle or event, and does not document any actual location or occasion.
A.6Third party links
This website links to third party services, including WhatsApp. Front Row exercises no control over those services and accepts no liability for their content, availability or processing of your data. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
A.7Intellectual property
All text, design, marks and imagery on this website are protected by intellectual property rights held by Front Row or its licensors. No part may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
A.8Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the district in which Front Row is established.
BPrivacy statement
This statement explains how Front Row Driver Academy B.V. processes personal data through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). It applies to this website only. Processing that takes place within a driver programme is governed by the agreement concluded with the driver.
B.1Controller
Front Row Driver Academy B.V., Deurningerstraat 103A, 7514 BG Enschede, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95325662, is the controller for the processing described below. A data protection officer has not been appointed, as the statutory criteria for mandatory appointment are not met.
B.2Processing activities
The following table sets out each purpose for which personal data is processed through this website, the categories of data involved, the legal basis relied upon and the applicable retention period.

B.3Provision of data
Provision of personal data through this website is voluntary. Name and email address are required in order for an enquiry to be answered. Where these are not provided, the enquiry cannot be answered. There is no automated decision making and no profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
B.4Special categories of personal data
Front Row does not request and does not wish to receive data concerning health or any other special category of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR through this website. Any special category data received unsolicited is deleted.
B.5Recipients and processors
Personal data is shared with the following processors, each engaged under a written data processing agreement and processing solely on documented instructions from Front Row.

Where contact is made through WhatsApp, the message is carried by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta. WhatsApp is not a processor for Front Row and is not engaged under a data processing agreement: it acts on its own account for that transmission, under its own terms and privacy policy, and Front Row does not control what it does with the metadata of the exchange. Anyone who prefers not to use it can use the contact form or email instead. Personal data is not sold, and is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
B.6Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Where a processor transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is governed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, together with any supplementary measures required following an assessment of the transfer. A copy of the relevant clauses is available on request.
B.7WhatsApp
This website offers the option of continuing a conversation through WhatsApp. Where that option is used, no data reaches Front Row until the user sends the message. From that point the conversation is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Limited under its own terms and privacy policy, over which Front Row exercises no control.
B.8Cookies
This website places one cookie, which stores confirmation that an access code has been entered correctly and which is necessary to provide access to non public areas requested by the user. It contains no personal data and expires after seven days. No analytical, advertising or tracking cookies are placed, and no consent banner is therefore required. Website use is measured, but the tool used for it is configured so that it writes nothing to the device and reads nothing from it: visitors are counted using a hash that is re-salted every day and cannot be reversed, so no visitor can be recognised from one day to the next. No session recording of any kind takes place.
B.9Minors
This website is directed in part at persons under the age of 18. Where a driver under 18 wishes to make contact, the involvement of a parent or legal guardian is required, and a parent or guardian is party to the conversation from the outset.
B.10Security
Front Row applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss and unlawful processing. Data submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection, is not stored on the website itself, and is not written to application logs.
B.11Rights of the data subject
You have the right to request access to your personal data (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20), and to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 21). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Requests are submitted to the contact address below and are answered within one month. Front Row may request confirmation of identity before acting on a request.
B.12Complaints
If you consider that your personal data is not processed in accordance with applicable law, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, Postbus 93374, 2509 AJ The Hague, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
B.13Amendments
This statement may be amended to reflect changes in the processing carried out or in applicable law. The version and date below indicate the currently applicable text.
